Community Development Capital is a non-profit (501-c3) affordable housing loan fund and a certified CDFI in good standing with the US Treasury since 2001. We serve as a financial intermediary, accepting private investment from banks, GSEs, and foundations and then in turn lending those funds to those desiring to acquire and develop affordable housing.

In 2002-2005, CDC financed the acquisition and/or development of over 1100 properties (many blighted) and channeled over $15 million in private investment into underserved markets.

CDC has total assets of about $2.5 million and liabilities of $1.6 million. Net Assets and Equity are over $800,000 (well capitalized at 36%, regulatory requirement = 15%)
